SAN LUIS OBISPO (CBSLA) – San Luis Obispo County has issued a flood advisory until at least 12:45 a.m. on Tuesday morning, as the region experiences heavy downpour as part of a winter storm set to affect most of Southern California.

They warned residents to beware of minor flooding in low lying areas and areas with poor drainage.
