LIVELLO at the L'Ermitage Beverly Hills invites you welcome 2014 with a savory five-course prix fixe menu. Two seatings are being offered. First, at 6pm offering the pre fixe menu and the LIVELLO dinner menu, and the second, at 9pm offering only the special NYE pre fixe selection. Guests will be treated to "authentic Italian classics" like Insalatina di granchio e caviale and Orata in guazzetto di vongole e polipo. Dinner also includes a glass of champagne to toast the New Year. Reservations required. $115 per person.

Plat de Résistance is Homard en Cocotte butter poached lobster, celery root, salsify, mango, chestnut paired with Domaine de Pouilly 2009 Pouilly Fuisse or Tournedos de Boeuf beef tenderloin, potato, spinach, cipollini onion, sauce perigeux paired with Chateau de Bellevue 1998 Lussac St. Emilion. Make sure to call and reserve a table as reservations are required. First seating is $75 per person and second seating is $95 per person.
