Serves 4
Cocoa
Ingredients
- 4 cups Lucerne milk
- 4 oz. dark chocolate
- 4 oz. Kahlua or other coffee Liquor
- 2 oz. Lucerne Peppermint White Chocolate Creamer
- Sugar to taste
Directions
- Mix milk, chocolate and creamer in a medium saucepan; cook on medium heat until chocolate is melted and mixture just comes to boil. Taste and add sugar to taste.
- Add Kahlua or other coffee liquor and mix.
- Pour into serving cups, top with May the Force be with you Whipped Cream and enjoy!
Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold Lucerne Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 Tbs raw sugar
- 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 Tbs ground cinnamon pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat all ingredients until soft peaks are formed. Add cayenne to the desired heat preference. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Delicious on hot drinks and desserts!
Jedi Juice
