Featuring stadium seating, custom bikes, RPM-tracking bikes, energy output monitors and flat screens tracking fellow spinners’ performances to create some friendly competition is what makes Flywheel different than other indoor cycling and spinning studios throughout L.A. Like SoulCycle, Flywheel classes are also 45-minutes and feature an intense workout too. This workout offers a chance to achieve something more though. Including climbs and descents while you work your arms with weighted bars, the workouts here challenge your body while relaxing your mind.
