Trust, passion and inspiration are a few reasons people seek out custom jewelers. Whether you are planning on proposing to the love of your life or you want to reinvigorate your great grandmother’s heirloom, consulting with a custom jewelry designer is useful. Today’s jewelers utilize technology and computer aided design programs to assist clients in unique designs. Orange County features many jewelers, but the ones who stand out tend to be family businesses, master gemologists and jewelers and artists at heart.

Simone & Son

Huntington Beach, CA 92646

Extraordinary custom jewelry pieces are born at Simone & Son, a family-owned and operated jeweler in OC. Simone & Son employs the latest crafting and design technology to obtain the final piece. With decades of experience, master craftsmen, gemologists and designers complete the Simone & Son team. To ensure precision, the jewelry store uses technology (3D CAD) systems along with traditional drafting. Once the customer has selected the jewelry elements (cut, clarity, color, size, gemstone, precious metal, design and finish), the design heads to the computer which outputs a 3D computer model, which allows clients to check the design and make any modifications. Next Simone & Son creates an actual 3D printed wax model, again to confirm size and make any last minute changes. Once confirmed the piece is carefully handmade by the master jeweler on site. This kind of process truly allows customers to have a voice in the process.
