This year, Easter brunch in the Orange County means backyard parties, extensive buffets and prix-fixe dining. From 9:30am to 5pm, the restaurant will be offering a wide variety of delicious options, including eggs benedict, a lobster benedict, and mode to order omelets. There will also be a carving station featuring leg of lamb, roasted prime rib, rope breakfast sausage and orange glazed ham. Oysters on the 1/2 shell and crab legs just help top off this incredible offering! The restaurant will also serve s’mores, a charcuterie plate and much more. Anaheim’s Ranch Saloon is throwing their own Easter Sunday bash, with a special brunch menu from 10am to 2pm. The menu, which includes endless glasses of Champagne, or mimosas, is $75 per person and they even offer a children’s menu. On the main menu, start with a first course like their country fried petaluma quail or a soup and salad. Then, dine on options like a Maine lobster benedict with poached farm eggs, Delta asparagus and hollandaise on an English muffin, as well as Mary’s Free Range Duck Chilaquiles, a duck chorizo with a sunny side up duck egg and much more. End your brunch on a sweet note with dessert! Options include a strawberry rhubarb crisp, a pudding, and goat cheese fritters.

Bring your friends and family to The Backyard at Hotel Irvine for an Easter extravaganza where kids can take part in a great Easter Egg hunt, take photos with the Easter Bunny and then put on a big smile in the photo booth for some good fun. Then, make sure to hop on over to a great chef-curated buffet, which will be full of delicious options like a smoked salmon eggs benedict, prime rib, huevos rancheros, and more. Bayside Restaurant’s harbor views are just one of the many enjoyable parts of dining at the eatery. Easter brunch is a three-course, prix-fixe meal featuring white asparagus soup, bresaola carpaccio, a linguini pasta, tiger prawn risotto, a crab cake benedict, and their classic Bayside benedict. Other favorites include their slow roasted American kurobuta pork chop, as well as the open face Maine lobster salad sandwich. For dessert, choose either dark chocolate cake with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies or a strawberry almond tart with Bavarian cream. There’s a separate three-course menu for kids, which includes soup or salad, crispy chicken, pasta or salmon, and vanilla ice cream. The price for adults is $48.75, and children 12 and under, the cost is $21.75 (12 and under).

Provenance’s four-course, prix-fixe Easter brunch will run from 10am-3pm. Every table will be graced with yogurt biscuits and housemade honey butter as an amuse bouche. Then, the menu includes items like a salmon corn chowder, a garden lettuce salad, housemade granola, and seasonal fruit to start. For mains, options include a crab cake benedict, a plancha seared New Zealand sole fish, a French rolled omelet with asparagus, leeks, spinach, and goat cheese and much more. The dessert bar features a selection of mini European-inspired pastries. Lucky for you, champagne is complementary. There will be additional menu items for guests under 12. The cost per guest is $49.
