In collaboration with A Sustainable Kitchen’s crEATe: Food/Art/Community events, Sweet Rose will donate leftover corn kernels and cobs used to make the ice cream to artist Ako Castuera who will use them as part of sculptures on display, beginning with the Mid-City location.
