Power Restored To Customers In Studio City

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA) — Authorities say an outage in Studio City temporarily impacted thousands of residents Sunday before power was restored.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power said 2,143 customers were left without power due to the outage briefly.

Though an estimated restoration time was expected by 10:30 p.m., power was restored by afternoon.

A cause was not immediately known.
