Magnitude-3.7 Earthquake Hits Near Anza

ANZA (CBSLA) — A magnitude-3.7 earthquake struck near the city of Anza Tuesday afternoon.

The quake struck at 3:41 p.m. about 6 miles mile north-northwest of Anza and at a depth of over eight miles, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake was felt throughout the Temecula and Hemet area.

There were no reports of damage or injuries.
