Gun-Wielding Suspect Killed During Officer-Involved Shooting In Harbor Gateway Area
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — A suspect carrying a gun was killed during an officer-involved shooting in the Harbor Gateway area Thursday afternoon.
Police responded to a family dispute call around 12:45 p.m. near 123rd Street and Menlo Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
According to investigators, the suspect exited the house holding a gun. At that point, the shooting occurred.
The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene.
No officers were injured in the shooting.
