Police Searching For Driver Who Struck Woman In Long Beach Before Fleeing
LONG BEACH (CBSLA) — Police were searching Wednesday night for the driver who struck and seriously injured a woman in Long Beach before fleeing the scene.
The woman, who was said to be in her 20s, was taken to the hospital in serious condition after being struck shortly after 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and 3rd Street.
The intersection was closed off to traffic and police conducted their investigation.
