19-Year-Old Shot To Death In Santa Monica, Brother In Custody
SANTA MONICA (CBSLA) — An investigation is underway Monday after a man was shot to death and his brother was taken into custody.
The shooting happened at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday in an apartment on Lincoln Boulevard near Idaho Avenue.
Charles Mondev, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another man was taken into custody, and police say the victim and the suspect are brothers.
