McVay: 'Zero Percent Chance' Rams QB Jared Goff Doesn't Get Contract Extension

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) - Rams head coach Sean McVay took his commitment to quarterback Jared Goff a step further Thursday.

McVay told Sports Illustrated there is a "zero percent chance" a deal does not happen.

"That extension will get done. It's a matter of when, not if."

Goff is entering the fourth year of his rookie deal and is under contract through 2020.
