Beloved LA Times Restaurant Critic Jonathan Gold Dies At Age 57

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA) — The City of Angels' preeminent gourmand has died.

The Los Angeles Times said their famed restaurant critic Jonathan Gold has died at age 57.

The paper reported Gold died at St. Vincent Medical Center in Westlake on Saturday. He had been battling pancreatic cancer.

The L.A. Native was the subject of the 2015 documentary "City of Gold."
