The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the 11200 block of Dilling Street, adjacent to the Los Angeles River, is being offered for nearly $1.9 million, according to agent Ernie Carswell.
He says the home is “the second most photographed home in the United States after the White House.”
CBS2’s Lisa Sigell found this out reporting from outside the home where the news of the sale had scores of people driving up for a look a peek and a selfie.
The home was last sold in 1973 for $60,000.READ MORE: Hundreds Attended Procession Carrying Remains Of 20-Year-Old Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui, Killed In Kabul, To Riverside Mortuary
Several homes in the area have been demolished recently, so the owners will give preference to bidders who want to keep the home intact, Carswell told the Los Angeles Times.
“The Brady Bunch” aired between 1969 and 1974.
The home’s address is readily available on popular sites such as Yelp and Zillow as a TV landmark – which has led to at least one break-in in Aug. 2016.
Two burglars made their way inside the house before they were confronted by the current homeowner and quickly fled the scene.MORE NEWS: Crews Make Progress On Emigrant Fire Burning Near 5 Freeway In Pyramid Lake Area
