    Sometimes it’s the landlord that is being victimized by the City. My Tenants are happy and the rent is compariety low.
    The city of LA should at least answer phone calls or provide ways to solve these matters. I know I am not the only one who gets these bills with no way to resolve them.
    They come with a high bill with a much higher bill if not paid in time with no cut off method for the complaint.
