SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) — Police are looking for an armed robber caught on camera holding up two gas stations in Santa Ana last Friday.

Around 11:30 p.m. on July 6, a man walked into the Arco gas station on E. Dyer Road and pretended to buy something. As the clerk was about to ring him up, he pulled out a gun and demanded the employee to open the cash register, security video showed.

He then grabbed a handful of cash and ordered the clerk to give him the money from bottom of the drawer as well.

As he was walking out, he dropped some money on the floor and came back to pick it up.

About an hour and a half later, the man went to the Arco on S. Main Street and threatened the clerk there at gunpoint also.
