Shrimp Fra Diavolo from Rao’s in Hollywood.
1 pound, 8-12 count shrimp
1/4 cup olive oil
All-purpose flour for coating shrimp
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup white wine
16 ounces Marinara sauce
1 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
Heat oil in Pan. Season shrimp with salt and black pepper, then coat shrimp with flour.
Once oil begins to smoke add shrimp.
Once shrimp have cooked halfway flip them and add the garlic.
Add the white wine and reduce by half.
Add in the Marinara, crushed red pepper and oregano.
Finish cooking and serve.
