Auto Insurance Center, which gathers information for auto insurance shopping, conducted the study by examining about 65,000 Instagram posts with the hashtag #RoadRage.

The center found a high correlation between #RoadRage posts and posts containing other words, including: “stuck,” “work,” “trafficjam,” and “rushhour,” along with a variety of profanities.

Among the other findings of the study: Instagram posts hashtagged #RoadRage peak from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and drivers are apparently at their mellowest on Sunday.
