Expo Line Train, SUV Collide In Exposition Park; Driver Hurt

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A driver was injured Monday after an SUV and a Metro Expo Line train collided in Exposition Park, authorities said.

The collision occurred around 8:40 a.m. at Exposition Boulevard and Normandie Avenue, according to Los Angeles Fire Department officials.

One person was transported from the vehicle in unknown condition.

There were no reported injuries to passengers on the train, the LAFD said.
