3 Home Invasion Robbery Suspects Sought In Palmdale

PALMDALE (CBSLA.com) — Detectives searched for three robbery suspects Wednesday who assaulted five people during a home invasion in Palmdale.

According to the Palmdale Sheriff's Station, deputies were sent around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday to a home located in the 38000 block of Meadow Lane for report of an armed robbery.

Upon their arrival, authorities located five victims inside the residence.

Paramedics transported two of the victims to a hospital for treatment of injuries sustained during the incident. They remain listed in stable condition. A third victim sustained minor injuries and refused treatment.

A preliminary investigation revealed three male suspects knocked on the door of the home. When a woman opened the door, one of the men hit her in the face with a handgun.

The suspects then rushed into the residence and ordered everyone inside to drop to the floor.

According to deputies, one of the victims had a medical condition and was unable to get onto the floor. The suspects subsequently pistol whipped this person.

When a fifth person came out of his bedroom the suspects also pistol whipped him.

The men fled from the scene in a purple or blue colored SUV with money, a laptop, a gold chain, alcohol, shoes and clothing. A fourth suspect drove the vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information regarding this incident has been urged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Palmdale Station at (661) 272-2400.
