BURBANK (CBSLA.com) — A woman was rescued after being pinned by a downed tree Monday in Burbank, authorities said.

The full-size tree was reported fallen around 10:50 a.m. at Sarah Street and Clybourne Avenue, according to Burbank Fire officials.

Authorities said the victim was walking to a nearby store when she was struck by a tree branch. She suffered minor to moderate injuries.

The victim’s condition wasn’t immediately known.
