LAKE ELSINORE (CBSLA.com) — Authorities are hoping the public can lead them to a missing at-risk 83-year-old woman.
Donna Jean Ransdell was last seen — and reportedly disoriented — around 7:30 this morning. Prior to this morning, she was last seen Monday evening near her home in Lake Elsinore.READ MORE: Flower Shortage Drives Up Costs This Mother's Day
Ransdell suffers from dementia. The missing woman is a white, 5 foot 3 inches tall and 120 pounds. She has gray hair, green eyes, wearing unknown-type clothing.READ MORE: 2 Men Killed In Compton After Being Shot
Officers learned Ransdell left her home in a red 2007 Ford Fusion, with a California license plate of 6AQX132.
Around 7:30 a.m. Thursday detectives learned Ransdell had been seen on Summit Avenue in Fontana where she purchased some food, appeared disoriented and asked for directions to Lake Elsinore.
