MURRIETA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities said three teens were killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Route 79 near Murrieta early Saturday morning.

The crash occurred around 1:50 a.m. between Murrieta and an unincorporated area of Riverside County, authorities said.

The Riverside County Coroner's Office identified the deceased as Tate Herman, 18; Anthony Aleman, 16; and Kile Kennedy III, age 13. All were residents of Hemet.

Murrieta Police Sgt. Dave Baca said the three victims were in a silver 2002 Lexus 300 that veered off the road, through a guardrail and into an open dirt field.

All were pronounced dead at the scene, Baca said.

Anyone with information about the crash was asked to call the investigating officer at (951) 461-6849.
