12-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted By Man While Shopping At Target In Burbank
BURBANK (CBSLA.com) — Police sought the public's help Tuesday to locate a man who sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl while she shopped with her mother at Target in Burbank.
According to the Burbank Police Department, the assault took place shortly after 4 p.m. on Dec. 13, located at a Target store in the 1800 block of Empire Avenue.
"The victim was shopping when the suspect walked up to her and squeezed her buttocks," said Chief Scott LaChasse. "The suspect then walked to the exit and left the store."
Police said no vehicle was seen leaving the shopping complex.
Detectives described the suspect as a Hispanic man in his late 20s who has black hair and some facial hair. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt with jeans and shoes that have red shoelaces.
