The fourth victim, a 14-year-old girl, was transported to L.A. County USC Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries, deputies said.

Graves was able to capture the video of the collision and posted it to his Instagram account online.

“There were easily 70 to 80 people in line,” explained Graves. “A lot of people got pushed back by the counter. [The car] went right through the spot where the balloons were. Helium tanks were flying around. It was really scary.”

“I was so busy trying to pull debris off of the vehicle I didn’t notice anyone around me that was really seriously injured,” he added.

According to Graves, a baby boy sustained two big gashes on his face. Authorities have not confirmed this, however.

No other injuries were reported.
