American Red Cross Launches First Giving Day In LA

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Chief Executive Officer Jarrett Barrios stopped by KCAL9 Tuesday to talk about how the public can take part in the Red Cross "All in One Day" effort.

Barrios explained the American Red Cross launched its first Giving Day today, which seeks donations to the organization help ensure that help is available wherever and whenever people need it.

The Red Cross Giving Day is a 24 hour national fundraising campaign to help get people back on their feet.
