STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Chef Christopher Meehan of Bistango joined us on KCAL9 Wednesday to share how to make some drought-friendly dishes.

Meehan explained he created his own way to cut down on water usage by limiting the impact his food has on water consumption.

In turn, he has introduced simple revisions to menu offerings at Bistango to create drought-friendly meals.
