School Bus Crashes Into Building In Northridge

NORTHRIDGE (CBSLA.com) – A school bus crashed into a building in Northridge Monday but no one appeared to be injured, authorities said.

The accident happened about 3:14 p.m. in the 18200 block of Parthenia Street, according to Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Friday Department.

Scott said it wasn't immediately clear if there were any passengers on board the bus at the time.

The LAFD said Building and Safety has been dispatched to the scene to inspect the structural integrity of the building.

There was no word yet on the cause of the crash.
