SYLMAR (CBSLA.com) — A 59-year-old hang glider was found dead — possibly as a result of a crash– in the Kagel Canyon area above Sylmar Saturday.

Officials were called around 6:20 p.m. to help look for the missing hang glider.

His name was withheld until his next of kin could be notified.
