Man, Woman Nabbed In Connection To Westminster Murder

WESTMINSTER (CBSLA.com) — Orange County police Wednesday arrested two men they suspect are tied to a murder in Westminster.

Tina Arbogast, 45, and Daniel Lee Duvall, 37, were taken into custody around 3:30 p.m. after they were found "hiding" in a residential area of Canyon Lake, Westminster police report.

The Westminster residents were both booked into the Orange County Jail, Duvall on suspicion of murder and Arbogast on suspicion of being an accessory to the homicide.

Police believe they are connected to the death of 56-year-old Frank Duvall, a Westminster resident who was found dead on March 8. His body was found, and showed signs of trauma, inside a vehicle parked near Topaz Street and Sapphire Avenue.
