LOS ANGELES (AP) — An attorney for actor Emile Hirsch says the actor does not remember the night he is accused of attacking a studio executive because he was drunk.
Attorney Robert Offer wrote in a statement obtained Friday that Hirsch is taking the allegations seriously and is “devastated” about the charges. The 29-year-old actor is scheduled to make his first court appearance on March 16. Hirsch also faces a misdemeanor count of intoxication.
