Ceremony Held Downtown To Commemorate 40th World Marriage Day
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A celebration honoring wedded bliss was held in downtown Los Angeles Sunday on World Marriage Day.
More than 75 couples showed up to renew their vows at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.
World Marriage Day is in its 40th year.
The groups were divided up by the longevity of their couplings -- 25, 50 and even 75 years.
The participants explained the success of their relationships -- sacrifice, communication and hard work.
