Thousand Oaks Police On The Lookout For Serial Flasher
THOUSAND OAKS (CBSLS.com) — Police in Thousand Oaks are looking for a serial flasher.
They said that the suspect has been exposing himself to people in parks located at the east end of Thousand Oaks over the past seven days.
The man strikes between 4 and 6 p.m., authorities said.
The suspect is described as an adult Latino, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds. The man has short spiky hair.
The man was seen driving a silver compact vehicle.
Thousand Oaks police are asking residents to remain vigilant.
Ventura County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 reward for information, which leads to the arrest and criminal complaint against the person responsible for this crime.
