STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Gus Gates from Kung Fu and Fitness stopped by KCAL9 Friday to talk about self-defense and the upcoming classes he is offering.

According to the YWCA, one in three women has been a victim of domestic violence and every 2.5 minutes, someone in the United States is sexually assaulted.

Stun Gun Self-Protection Seminar

Kung Fu and Fitness, 30831 Thousand Oak Blvd., Westlake Village

December 6 at 12 p.m.  

Learn how to feel confident with the ability to defend yourself.  This seminar will teach you how to use a stun gun for self-defense. You will receive your own stun gun and learn how to become proficient in its use. Bring a friend or family member to train with you.
