ROWLAND HEIGHTS (CBSLA.com) — Two brothers were recovering Saturday after being pepper-sprayed by suspects during a home invasion robbery last night in Rowland Heights.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were sent around 7:40 p.m. to the 17800 block of Calle Barcelona for report of a robbery.

When they went downstairs to investigate the noise the suspects proceeded to pepper-spray them.
According to deputies, the suspects took off with about $300 in cash, an iPhone and jewelry.
The brothers were treated at the scene.
