Shooting Investigation Underway In Highland Park
HIGHLAND PARK (CBSLA.com) — Police are searching for a shooting suspect in Highland Park.
Police responded to the 6000 block of Fayette Street after a report of a shooting about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday.
A LAPD officer either witnessed the shooting or saw the shooter flee after shots were fired but lost the suspect during a foot pursuit.
York Boulevard was closed between Figueroa Street and Milwaukee Avenue as officers scoured the area with police dogs.
At least one victim was down at the scene.
