LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) – Two power outages affecting about 1500 customers Sunday evening were quickly fixed, officials said.
One outage, in Silver Lake, was reported around 5:30 p.m.
The outage — stemming from a problem with a underground vault — affected nearly 900 customers.
Meanwhile, about 600 customers were without power in Hollywood near Fountain Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.
Full power was expected to be restored there about 2:30 a.m., officials said but by 8:50 p.m. they said power was fully operational.
Power is also back on in Silver Lake where crews restored service about three hours ahead of schedule.
