WOODLAND HILLS (CBSLA.com) — Witches, goblins, gremlins and zombies were all out Friday evening.
The rain, however, didn’t arrive in Woodland Hills.
KCAL9’s Andrea Fujii found a lot of young trick-or-treaters who were pretty happy Halloween wasn’t a wash out.
“We didn’t want to have rain so we hit the streets a little early,” said mom Stephanie Brody.
The early bird seemed to benefit the worm and candy-seekers like Jenna Brody.
She showed Fujii her impressive haul.
There was no rain in Woodland Hills but about 63 degrees at optimal candy time, many ghouls and goblins did have sweaters on.
