If there is one thing that a doctor probably shouldn’t be doing during surgery, it’s probably taking a selfie with a patient who is currently under. Apparently some doctors just can’t resist; like the one who performed an unauthorized throat biopsy on Joan Rivers which led to her cardiac arrest and her eventual death.
According to New York Daily News, during Rivers routine throat checkup, an unidentified doctor stepped in to perform an unauthorized throat biopsy on the now-deceased comedienne.
Earlier this week, another report surfaced from CNN stating that a staff member at the clinic told investigators that the unidentified doctor also took a photo with Rivers while she was under.
Last week, the band U2 released a secret album that instantly downloaded to the Apple iCloud of all iTunes subscribers during a live product launch. That album, Songs of Innocence, was unwanted by many and created a sort of maelstrom of backlash on the internet.
Now, in an interview with CBS Radio’s KROQ, U2 frontman Bono explains that he understands and that the backlash was intended.
“The punk rock thing to do is annoy people and get in their faces,” he said. “If people have a problem with the way we released the album, I’m sure they’ve read about it online.”
In case you missed it, there’s no apology there. Feel free to keep looking for one.
Waka Flocka Flame has a unique job position that needs to be filled. The Atlanta rapper is looking to hire a full-time blunt roller, with an annual salary of $50,000 a year.
For those of you less hip to drug slang, that’s marijuana.
Waka Flocka made a post on Instagram about the job opportunity earlier this week that read: “I’m paying 50K a year for a blunt roller…. Hashtag #ICanRoll.”
This must be Waka’s way of contributing to increasingly booming economy.READ MORE: Wealthy Residents In Calabasas, Hidden Hills Could Find Their Water At A Trickle If They Won't Conserve
Celebrity sex tapes are becoming a dime a dozen, but that hasn’t stopped many from capitalizing on them. The most recent case-in-point is budding rapper Iggy Azalea, who recently has been battling rumors that there is sex tape of her floating around.
Azalea has denied those rumors along with tweeting, “I don’t have a sex tape but for the record…Anyone who releases or attempts to make profits off someone else’s intimate moments against their will is a sex offender.”
Azalea’s worries don’t stop there, as she’s also suing her ex-boyfriend Maurice Williams for leaking unreleased music. Williams also claims he has contracts to distribute the aforementioned sex tape.
Jack White went on a Kanye West-eque rant at the beginning of his show at Boston’s Fenway Park on Sept. 17, expressing his thoughts about the Foo Fighters and the publication Rolling Stone before ending on topics such as ISIS and gay marriage.
Since then, White cleared up what he meant about the Foo Fighters, but it still leaves a lot to be said about his other choice words.
Just a snippet of the four-minute rant include this: “15 outfits that will blow your mind that Taylor Swift wore this month,” he said. “10 reasons whyRollingStone.com didn’t cover the Newport Folk Festival for 50 years. 12 reasons Rolling Stonewon’t put a black and white cover on the cover of their magazine unless you’re dead.
“Did you also know Jann Wenner also owns US Magazine? The tabloid capital of magazines. Keeping paparazzi alive for over 20 years,” he said. “OK, I’m officially supposed to stop now, because this is becoming a Kanye West-esque rant. Because apparently, nowadays, you aren’t allowed to speak to your own fans about anything, lest it be a rant. So forget ISIS, forget the war in the Middle East, forget any problems at home, forget gay marriage, forget everything you ever thought about everything. This not a rant. This is just me saying, Hello Cleveland!”
