3K Time Warner Customers Report Cable, Internet Outage
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Approximately 3,000 Time Warner customers Wednesday were without cable or internet due to an outage.
Time Warner said 2,993 Los Angeles customers had reported an outage as of 4 a.m., company officials said.
The company said 94 per cent of complaints it had received related to problems connecting to the internet.
Problems were first reported at 12:01 a.m. and were due to "routine maintenance", the company said.
Nearly 10,000 customers nationwide reported issues.
