3.0-Magnitude Quake Reported Near Big Bear City

BIG BEAR (CBSLA.com) — A 3.0-magnitide quake was reported in Big Bear City Saturday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

The micro-quake struck at 10:42 a.m., but there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

The temblor was centered about four miles east of Big Bear City and 22 miles northeast of Yucaipa.

The quake was felt in Big Bear City, Big Bear Lake, Apple Valley, and even in Anaheim, according to self-reported responses posted to the USGS website.

No other details were immediately available.
