2 Hurt During Car-To-Car Shooting In Compton

COMPTON (CBSLA.com) — At least two people reportedly was wounded in a car-to-car shooting Monday morning in Compton.

The shooting was reported at 4:42 a.m. at Long Beach Boulevard and Pine Street, Lt. Walid Ashrafnia of the Compton Sheriff's Station said.

Two people were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

One of the vehicles involved sped off northbound on Long Beach Boulevard, Ashrafnia said.

Police don't yet know if the shooting was gang-related.
