Topanga Days Country Fair Serves Up Live Music, Crafts, Vendors, Family Fun

TOPANGA (CBSLA.com) — The 41st Annual Topanga Days Country Fair is slated for Memorial Day weekend, offering up three days of live music, arts and crafts, local vendors, food and fun.

Fair hours are from 10am-7pm daily. Free shuttle service is available along Topanga Canyon Blvd., check website for official stops. General admission: $25; TCC Members & military: $15; children 6-12 & Seniors: $15; children 5 & under admitted free. Military enter free on Monday.

A complete kids' zone will be available throughout the weekend. Kids and families will enjoy games that include:

•      Face painting

•      Spill the Milk

•      Goldfish bowl toss (animal friendly – a new take on an old favorite)

•      Lucky Duck

•      Make-a-bracelet

•      Tattoos

•      Treasure Dig

•      Bouncies

•      Rock Wall

In addition to games for kids, there will be games for kids of all ages, that include the sack race, egg toss, watermelon seed spit, bucket fill and pie eating contest.

The fair also features a bohemian parade on Memorial Day, May 26, at 9 a.m. along Topanga Canyon Boulevard. This year's Grand Marshal is County Supervisor Zev Yaroslovsky.
