Deputies In Lancaster Accuse 3 Suspects Of Being 'Significant' Vandals
LANCASTER (CBSLA.com) — Officials in Lancaster Thursday announced the arrest of suspects they described as "significant" vandals.
During the weekend of February 22, approximately 67 documented vandalism acts were reported in and around Lancaster.
Several businesses, homes, and vehicles had their windows shot out with a pellet gun.
On Tuesday, deputies arrested suspect Koty Jewkes at a home located on the 2600 Block of Via Ramona.
Their investigation continued and led them to arrest two other suspects in Rosamond Thursday. Suspects Elijah Pointer and Kevin White were located at a home on the 1300 Block of Rosamond Blvd. Pellet guns were reportedly found at both homes.
Suspect Jewkes was charged with felony vandalism, assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at an inhabited vehicle, and other charges that are pending. He was held on $230,000 bail. Suspect Pointer was arrested for felony vandalism and held on $50,000 bail. Suspect White was arrested for conspiracy and held on $50,000 bail.
