Roadwork Prompts Overnight Closures Of NB 405 Freeway In Sepulveda Pass

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The northbound San Diego (405) Freeway will be closed for three nights beginning Monday as crews work to complete the Sepulveda Pass Improvements Project.

The closure, between Moraga Drive and Ventura Boulevard, will last through Wednesday night as crews re-stripe the roadway and move k-rail barriers, Metro said.

Ramps will begin closing at 7 p.m. nightly with a full freeway shutdown by midnight. Lanes were scheduled to reopen by 5 a.m. each morning.

Drivers will be diverted off the 405 at Moraga Drive to Sepulveda Boulevard.
