STUDIO CITY ( — It’s time to “Eat, Drink and Shrink” in 2014.

Danette May, fitness trainer and author of “Eat, Drink and Shrink”, a book created for busy men and women who have a true desire to lose weight and be healthier, visited the KCAL9 studios Thursday.

The book aims to help people with limited time and health knowledge prepare nutritious meals. It has more than 120 recipes that only have five ingredients or less.

The book was specifically designed for busy people who want to save time in the grocery store and kitchen to have more meaningful time with family and loved ones.
