Anaheim Police Deliver Food, Toys To Families In Need For 'Cops For Kids' Program
(ANAHEIM) — Police officers in Anaheim went door to door Monday giving food and toys to families in need.
The Anaheim Police 'Cops for Kids' program conducts an annual toy drive. Following the drive, and with the help from local school districts, the police identify families in need and visit them at their homes.
Anaheim Police Sergeant Willie Triplett visited one home with reportedly five girls and a boy who are in need of Christmas cheer after losing their mother recently to cancer.

Sgt. Triplett also delivered toys to another home, that previously had no gifts under their tree, due to the children's father being out of work.
