'Fast & Furious' Posts Tribute Video To Paul Walker
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A tribute video to Paul Walker was posted on YouTube Wednesday by the makers of the "Fast & Furious" franchise.
The video shows a variety of scenes from the six films in the franchise, which began in 2001. Walker, who died Saturday in a fiery crash with his friend and business partner Roger Rodas, has starred in all but one installment of the "Fast & Furious" franchise.
In the video comments, the montage is described as a tribute to Walker.
"Paul Walker's family appreciates the outpouring of love and goodwill from his many fans and friends. They have asked, in lieu of flowers or other gifts, that donations please be made to Paul's charity Reach Out Worldwide (ROWW)," the comments said.
The video, which was tweeted out on the official "Fast & Furious" account, was favorited 3,099 times and retweeted 4,513 times within two hours of being posted.
