CORONA (CBSLA.com) — Corona police Friday were investigating the stabbing death of a 25-year-old man.

Officers responded to the incident in the 1600 block of Via Pacifica Avenue around 3:18 a.m., police said.

The victim suffered a stab wound and was transported to Corona Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

His name was being withheld until next of kin can be notified.
